 How is the coffee processed? 

The type of coffee bean processing describes how the cherries are processed after harvesting, which strongly influences the taste.

Natural - Dry processing:

The coffee cherries dry completely with pulp and skin, which transfer their aromas to the bean. The result is an intense, fruity and sweet taste. This method is environmentally friendly as little water is needed.

Washed - Wet processing:

The pulp is removed directly, the beans are fermented, washed and dried. This results in a clear, elegant taste with precise fruit notes and lively acidity. The controlled processing ensures consistently high quality.

Our coffees are available in different quantities as whole beans or ground. You can choose between different grind levels – depending on which coffee machine you use to prepare your coffee.
