Mountain Dew is for the espresso robusta lover with lush crema. A strong and harmonious coffee with chocolate undertones. These espresso beans are without acidity and bitterness.

This espresso blend consists of 60% Arabica beans from Uganda and 40% Robusta beans from Uganda. Our Espresso Blend is fair trade, because The Coffee Board trades directly with the coffee farmers and producers on site.

How is Mountain Dew processed? 

The way coffee beans are processed describes how the cherries are treated after harvest, which strongly influences the taste.

Natural - Dry processing:

The coffee cherries dry completely with pulp and skin, which transfer their aromas to the bean. The result is an intense, fruity and sweet taste. This method is environmentally friendly as it requires little water.

Washed - Wet processing:

The pulp is removed directly, the beans are fermented, washed and dried. This results in a clear, elegant taste with precise fruit notes and lively acidity. The controlled processing ensures consistently high quality.

Our coffees are available in different quantities as whole beans or ground. You can choose between different grind levels – depending on which coffee machine you use to prepare your coffee.
